AI training for leadership teams
A six-week program that turns your leadership team AI-native: hands-on workflows on your own work, a governance framework, and a 90-day adoption roadmap.
Most AI training is an awareness day. Everyone leaves impressed, nothing changes, and a month later the tools are gathering dust. This program is built for the opposite outcome: behavior change you can measure.
It is a six-week engagement for a leadership team. Your leaders do not just learn about AI, they use it on their own real work, lead their teams in adopting it, and finish with a live plan. The whole thing is run against a baseline, so the value is auditable rather than anecdotal.
What to expect
The program is a guided arc from preparation to lasting habit, in three stages.
- Before (weeks 1 to 2) — getting ready. A baseline assessment of every leader’s AI maturity and the time they spend on briefings, synthesis, and writing. Sponsor alignment so leadership sets the tone from day one. Access and IT readiness, so everyone is logged in and verified before we begin. Each leader brings their own real documents and decisions as pre-work.
- The sessions (one day, or two half-days) — the workshop. Live demonstrations of executive AI workflows on your industry’s real material. Hands-on labs where leaders build working workflows with their own documents. A governance and risk framework the team adopts on the spot. Use-case discovery and a 90-day plan, ending in a public commitment from each leader.
- After (weeks 2 to 6, plus 30 days) — making it stick. Spaced-practice challenges turn one good day into a daily habit. A Workflow Clinic in week 2 and an Accountability Clinic in week 4 to refine and unblock. An Executive Showcase in week 6, where each leader presents results to peers and the sponsor. Then 30 days of support as the new habits settle into routine.
Two things make it work. The labs use your leaders’ own documents, decisions, and industry, because generic practice produces generic commitment. And it is led from the top: the sponsor opens day one and attends the Showcase, since team adoption follows what leaders visibly do.
What every leader walks away with
- 3 personal AI workflows in real weekly use.
- 3 team adoption practices they lead.
- 1 scoped business initiative with a value case.
- A 90-day roadmap with milestones and an execution plan.
- An ROI framework with baseline data and scenarios.
Typical outcomes across a cohort: 5 to 10 hours reclaimed per leader every week, measured against their own baseline; at least a one-stage gain in AI maturity per leader; and a live organizational AI roadmap within 90 days, with shadow AI replaced by governed adoption.
Choose your track
Three tracks, matched to how far you want to go. Every track includes the baseline assessment, the full-day executive immersion, industry and role personalization, a workbook and executive prompt library, the governance and risk framework, and a 90-day roadmap per leader.
- Foundations. A focused launch. The assessment, the immersion, the toolkit, the governance framework, and each leader’s roadmap.
- Accelerator (most popular). Everything in Foundations, built for lasting behavior change: the three spaced-practice challenges, the Workflow and Accountability Clinics in weeks 2 and 4, the week-6 Executive Showcase, an ROI framework with a sponsor readout, and 30 days of post-program support.
- Transformation. End to end. Everything in Accelerator, plus a 12-month AI Advisor retainer, hands-on implementation and build support to ship your top initiatives, and in-house enablement to train the builders who will deliver AI projects internally.
Add-ons
Any track can be extended:
- Initiative build support — hands-on developer help to take a Showcase initiative to a working proof of concept, with your team alongside.
- In-house team training — a separate program for the builders who will deliver AI projects internally.
- AI Advisor retainer — monthly strategic reviews, governance, and first-look implementation support.
- Additional cohorts — extend the program to more teams on your established foundation.
